CDDL work with a number of landlords, estate agents and facility management companies where they let their properties out to students for a school term year. Once the year comes to an end the students return home, many of them going back to Europe and the rest of the world, this then creates a waste problem that they leave behind. Students purchase many items, such as lounge furniture, book cases, fridges, beds and many other day to day living items, these items are then not required when they return home.

Recycle or reuse bulky items

CDDL offer a personal service where we attend site, remove the items from the rooms or areas the waste is left, we look to recycle or reuse as many of these items as possible, on many occasions donating these to people who require them.

During term time the students can also produce a lot of bulky waste furniture which is then left in the bin storage areas, CDDL will again remove these from these areas and ensure the areas are left clean and tidy.

CDDL offer a bespoke waste clearance service for all commercial, industrial and domestic clients and we recycle as much waste as possible and the remaining waste is used in the energy recovery sector.
